We use the latest technology and techniques to ensure a comfortable dental experience

Preventive Dentistry
Daily Brushing and flossing is important to keep teeth and gum healthy, but by having professional clean, the dentist will remove calculus in places that the tooth brush and floss can’t reach.

6 monthly active maintenance’s will guarantee you’ll have your teeth for your lifetime.

Small holes are easier and more economical to fix and they will last longer. A dentist will check for these little holes before they turn into big ones.

If teeth have deep grooves they are more susceptible to decay. Sealing these deep grooves or fissures is called fissure seal and is a simple and quick procedure to reduce the chances of decay.

Root Canal Therapy
Root canal treatment can save your natural teeth and prevent the need of dental implants or bridges.

If the centre of the tooth which is called the pulp becomes infected the tooth will need root canal therapy.

Infection of the pulp can be caused due to deep decay, cracks, trauma or repeated dental procedures.

The dentist will use local anesthesia and remove the injured pulp, clean and seal the canals of the tooth. The treatment may take 2-4 visits.

Dentures
Missing teeth can also be replaced by partial or full dentures. If all teeth are missing a full denture will replace all teeth and if a few are missing a partial denture is used.

Extractions and wisdom teeth removal:

We always try to provide options to save a tooth, but sometimes extraction is the only option available.

Our dentists have been trained to remove teeth safely under Local Anesthesia and strive to minimise discomfort during and after extractions.

Mouthguards and Splints
If you play sports that has a risk of contact to the face you should be wearing a mouthguard, mouthguards will help to absorb the shock from a blow to the face which can cause an injury to the jaw or mouth and result in chipped or broken teeth or more sever damages.

If you grind or clench during the night, you might benefit from a slim hard acrylic guard called an occlusal splint which is fitted on top teeth. This can help to prevent damage to your teeth and TMJ.

Veneers
Veneers are a thin tooth coloured shell that bond to the front surface of your teeth and is an ideal option to improve your smile.

There are different types of veneers, porcelain and composite. Depending on the tooth either one can be used.

White Fillings
Composite resin or white fillings are a cosmetic alternative to the older silver fillings.

These fillings bond to the tooth after the decay has been removed and have a very natural look.

Braces and Invisalign
Orthodontic treatment can help straighten teeth and make beautiful smiles for adults, adolescents and children.

Proper diagnosis involves taking photographs, x-rays, and dental impressions, which enable our practice to make informative decisions about the form of treatment necessary.

Treatment typically lasts from 6 to 30 months, depending on age and the severity of the orthodontic problem.

Invisalign is a clear and removable alternative to braces.

Teeth Whitening
There are many reasons why teeth stain, the most common is consuming substances like coffee, tea, red wine, tobacco. Some discolorations can be caused from using antibiotics while the teeth are forming such as tetracycline’s, or use of excessive fluoride.

Teeth can be whitened at home or in the office. Teeth whitening is a simple and safe procedure and will last a long time if you follow some easy post whitening instructions.

Crown and Bridge
If teeth are heavily filled or have an extreme damage, crowns can be used to cap them and help to improve the strength and appearance of teeth.

Crowns can be made from Porcelain, metal or both.

Missing teeth can be replaced with fixed dental bridges, this can be an alternative to dentures which are removable.

Implants
Dental implants are used to replace the root of a missing tooth. They can be used to replace one or more missing teeth. Once the implant is placed, it may take 4-6 months for the bone to fuse to the implant and then small posts are used to anchor crowns and bridges.

They are a permanent replacement option for missing teeth.

Childrens Dentistry
Baby teeth are important because they help with proper chewing, eating and speech. Healthy baby teeth can allow normal development of the jaw bones and muscles. Decayed baby teeth can cause pain, infection and loss of space for permanent teeth to erupt. Baby molars will not be replaced until the age 10-14 so it is important to keep them healthy.

we understand that a child’s first visit can be frightening and daunting, our team endeavours to make every child’s experience enjoyable and relaxed.
